01/21/16: Beautiful Condo near the ocean. Amenities, cleanliness and location were over the top. Very spacious and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable with nice soft sheets. We will definitely recommend this condo unit to anyone who wants to enjoy the Oceanside.

4/09/16: 'Hi Murray's, we arrived to the condo today and I have to tell you we love it!! I am super impressed with how immaculate and clean it is, there are so many touches we just love. Like the kitchen cabinets. We almost did not take the unit due to the queen bed and we are used to a king. But I am so glad we did. This is our 4th time renting in NCV and this is by far the nicest. We have been renting a two bedroom in the summer to have a family vacation with our grown children and will surely come back to you since I see you have a two bedroom unit [www.oceanside302.com]'.

Inside North Coast Village, the peaceful scenery abounds, with a lush tropical landscape, meandering streams, cascading waterfalls, wooden bridges, and ponds filled with Japanese kois. There are two heated pools (one Olympic size), two heated jacuzzis (one in a fern grotto), exercise room (treadmills, free weights, etc.) along with men's and women's saunas and showers. Picnic area next to the pool with gas bbqs throughout the grounds. A Rec Room Clubhouse Pavilion with inviting lounging area and large fireplace. The clubhouse pavilion has ping-pong tables, pool tables, foosball - there's even an outdoor putting green. Gated facility and entrances with 24 hour security, on-site maintenance, and coin-op laundry in two areas. Besides just relaxing, there are always hundreds of activities to fill your day.

The Security Deposit is NOT part of the rent. The security/damage deposit is held until approximately 21 days after check out. It will be refunded to you in full upon satisfactory inspection of the rental after your departure.

$200 IS NON REFUNDABLE IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION.

All rents and taxes are due Thirty (30) to Sixty (60) days prior to occupancy.

CANCELLATION POLICY IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION.

CANCELLATION POLICY: The time factor is critical in vacation rentals, and your reservation will hold this rental off the market for a period of time. If you cancel for any reason after we have emailed your Confirmation, your security deposit cannot be refunded unless the vacation rental is re-rented and possibly less, up to $200.00, if discounting the rate is needed to re-rent. If you cancel for any reason within 30 days of your arrival date, full payment will be forfeited and your security deposit will be refunded. Security Deposit: If we re-rent within 30 days of your cancelled arrival date, your security deposit will be forfeited. Full Rate: If we re-rent within 30 days of your cancelled arrival date, the full rate will be returned less any costs discounting the rate (if needed) to re-rent (Maximum 50%). The earlier you warn us that you may need to cancel, the better the chances of re-renting with no costs. We cannot offer refunds for inclement weather or early departures.

We strive to provide the most accurate description of our rental unit that we possibly can. When unable to preview rental property, tenants accept such property as described and hold the us, Landlord/Owner, harmless for any discrepancies upon taking occupancy. We make every effort to maintain our unit to the best of our ability. In the event of malfunction of any appliance, every effort will be made to have repairs made as soon as possible. No refunds will be given for inoperable equipment.

For many visitors and most residents, Oceanside is quintessential California. Picture a quaint beachfront community where visitors enjoy a ‘funky surf town’ in near perfect climate. Steeped in history just minutes away is Mission San Luis Rey de Francia, the "King of Missions" and nestled behind the Mission is Heritage Park Village and Museum with an idyllic main street lined with many of Oceanside's historic buildings. Cruise down Historic Route California/US 101 to downtown Oceanside, where you can shop and dine at the many downtown businesses. Some History: The area was first visited by European explorers in 1769. The Spanish missionaries under Father Junipero Serra founded Mission San Luis Rey de Francia on a former site of a Luiseno Indian village on the banks of the San Luis Rey river. In the early 1800's, introduced farming and grazing changed the landscape of what would become Oceanside. The area like all of California was under Spanish, in 1821 Mexican rule and annexed by the U.S. in 1848.

In the late 1850s, Andrew Jackson Myers lived in San Joaquin County. A native of La Salle County, Illinois, he returned in the late 1880s and lived in San Luis Rey. In 1882 Myers moved on the land that was the original town site for Oceanside. A patent for the land was issued in 1883 by the federal government.[1] It was incorporated on July 3, 1888.
